Before Pushcart Recruiting, I spent years running healthcare companies. I personally hired for every kind of role in the business, from the front desk and operations to the leadership team. That is where the operator’s judgment comes from.

Alongside that, for the past few years I’ve helped people find their next role and helped companies fill open ones. Sometimes as a favor, sometimes for a fee.

Pushcart Recruiting is that work done properly, as a real practice. I run every search myself. I know what a good scheduler, aide, or administrator looks like because I’ve hired them. If I don’t think someone fits, I won’t send them.
